By subscribing to Buildcraft’s design services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between you (“Client”, “You”) and Buildcraft (“We”, “Us”, “Provider”) for the duration of your subscription.

By subscribing to Buildcraft’s design services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between you (“Client”, “You”) and Buildcraft (“We”, “Us”, “Provider”) for the duration of your subscription.
1. Services Provided
Buildcraft offers a flat-rate, subscription-based design service that includes—but is not limited to—Framer design, Figma-based graphics, branding, social media assets, presentation decks, and other design tasks deliverable via supported formats. All work is submitted and managed through a shared Trello board.
2. Subscription & Payment
The subscription fee is $1,200 USD per month.
Payment is due upfront via the checkout portal and renews automatically each month unless canceled or paused by you prior to the renewal date.
You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time. Pauses take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds are provided for partial months, unused time, or inactivity.
3. Turnaround & Revisions
Most requests are delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on complexity.
One task is worked on at a time, based on the priority set in your Trello board.
You are entitled to unlimited revisions within the scope of your active subscription.
4. Ownership & Rights
Upon final payment and delivery, you receive full ownership and usage rights to all original design work created for you.
You may use the designs for any personal, commercial, or promotional purpose without restriction.
Buildcraft retains the right to display completed work as part of its portfolio, including on the website, social media, and in promotional materials. If you wish to opt out of public display for specific projects, please notify us in writing before or upon delivery.
5. Scope of Work
Services are limited to design work that can be executed in Figma or Framer.
We do not offer Webflow development, video/motion graphics, custom code development, copywriting, or legal review.
Requests outside the scope of supported tools or skill sets may be declined or redirected.
6. Communication
All communication and task management is handled via Trello and email.
Meetings and calls are optional and offered at the discretion of Buildcraft.
You are responsible for providing clear instructions, assets, and feedback in a timely manner.
7. Confidentiality
All materials shared with Buildcraft will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing your design work.
Likewise, you agree to keep private any non-public information about Buildcraft’s process, pricing structures, and workflows.
8. Limitation of Liability
Buildcraft is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
We do not guarantee any specific business results, performance metrics, or third-party approvals resulting from design work.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate the subscription at any time for abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior; failure to pay; or breach of these terms.
In such cases, you will retain rights to any work completed up to the date of termination.
10. Modifications
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
